B;tches Be Bake'n
Bakery / Treatmaker

What started as a form of therapy during the early stages of perimenopause has grown into one of the Treasure Valley's most unique cottage bakeries.
Founded by Laura Beth Ramirez, B;tches Be Bake'n combines a passion for baking, creativity and humor, into every small-batch sourdough creation.
From breads, to rolls, to cookies, to brownies (and so much more!), B;tches Be Bake'n focuses on creating items that customers won't find just anywhere.
In their innovative test-kitchen, B;tches Be Bake'n creates fan-favorites, but there's always something new and exciting to discover.
Laura Beth's personal favorite, the "B;tch Be Gone Brownies," reflects the bakery's fun personality and willingness to push the boundaries of traditional baking.
The bakery's name, although cheeky (in the very best way), actually has a meaningful story behind it. Laura Beth chose "Bitches" as a playful nod to navigating the challenges of perimenopause—later replacing the "i" with a semicolon to raise awareness for Mental Health Care.
Looking ahead, customers can expect new menu items designed to "make you question things—in a good way!"
Beyond the baked goods, Laura Beth is most grateful for the friendships and connections she has built throughout the Treasure Valley community.
