The Pretzel Truck
My name is Douglas Farmer, a retired U.S. Navy veteran after 22 years of service. After retiring, my wife Chazil and I moved back to Kuna, Idaho with our 17-month-old twins, Aidan and Kaida.
When I was in high school, I had the opportunity to be an exchange student in Germany twice. Later in my Navy career, while stationed in Italy, I was fortunate to visit Germany several more times. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for authentic German food and culture.
Inspired by those memories, we started our pretzel truck to bring traditional German-style pretzels to our community. We handcraft our Bavarian-style pretzels and dip them in a lye solution to achieve that classic texture and authentic German flavor.
Today, we proudly serve handmade Bavarian pretzels with a variety of toppings, along with bratwurst served on our handmade pretzel buns.
