Very tasty Authentic Caribbean cuisine from our born and raised Puerto Rican Chef Lysvette
A3 is the 1st letter of my 3 kids name Andreina, Alexandre, Anavette. Since we are a family business it felt appropriate for me to use A3 Catering Caribbean.
Catering as a Hobby doing company lunches. Food truck after been in Culinary School Escoffier we purchase the food trailer and it too a few years before we finally open it thank to a good friend that give us a wedding to be Catering with a food truck and with a dateline of 4 month we finished the trailer and did that wedding and from them we just keep going until this date.

My product is a unique cuisine Caribbean is very meaningful to me since I'm from one island of the Caribbean Sea called Puerto Rico. So I wanted to bring the flavors of my island and other countries from that area. Customer get to indulge in this unique cuisine from the flavors of the Caribbean.
The opportunity to share with others our flavors from the Caribbean in this area of the Treasure Valley. Meeting people and hearing how good the food is.
We just keep doing what we love and is traveling around the Treasure Valley with our family food truck.
